By applying to, being accepted into, or participating in the Scamanot.com Affiliate Program ("The Truth Seekers Network"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not apply or participate.
The Scamanot.com Affiliate Program ("Program") is operated by Robert Scott Singleton ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through Scamanot.com. The Program allows approved affiliates ("Affiliate," "you") to earn commissions by referring paying subscribers to Scamanot.com's subscription services.
To participate you must:
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, with or without explanation. Acceptance is not guaranteed.
Upon approval you will receive a unique alphanumeric affiliate code (e.g., TRUTH7K2) and a referral link in the format https://scamanot.com?ref=YOURCODE.
Referrals are tracked via a first-party cookie set when a visitor clicks your link. The cookie has a 90-day attribution window. A conversion is credited to you when a visitor who clicked your link subscribes to a paid plan within 90 days of that click.
You are responsible for sharing your link accurately. We cannot retroactively attribute conversions that occurred without proper cookie attribution (e.g., if the visitor cleared cookies, used a different device, or subscribed via a direct URL).
Approved affiliates earn a 40% recurring lifetime commission on the net subscription amount paid by subscribers they refer, for as long as the subscriber remains subscribed.
Commissions are calculated on the amount received after any applicable Stripe payment processing fees are excluded from gross revenue. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days advance notice to active affiliates.
Commissions are not earned on: free trials, refunded subscriptions, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions. Any commissions earned on subsequently refunded or reversed transactions will be deducted from your balance.
Payouts are made via PayPal to the PayPal email address on file in your affiliate account. It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal email is current and able to receive payments.
We are not responsible for PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, or any taxes you may owe on commissions received. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your affiliate income in your jurisdiction.
You may promote Scamanot.com through honest, accurate content including reviews, tutorials, comparisons, social media posts, newsletters, and similar editorial formats.
You may NOT:
FTC Disclosure: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission when recommending Scamanot.com, in accordance with applicable FTC guidelines and any local advertising disclosure requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Scamanot.com name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting Scamanot.com under this Program. You must not:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. We will provide 30 days advance notice to active affiliates of material changes to commission rates or payout terms where reasonably practicable.
We may terminate your participation immediately, without notice, if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or brought disrepute to Scamanot.com.
You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any unpaid earned commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 30 days, provided they are not subject to pending chargeback disputes.
You represent and warrant that (a) you have the legal right to enter these Terms, (b) your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, and (c) you will not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or illegal promotion.
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SCAMANOT.COM OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates via the email address on file. Continued participation in the Program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
