By accessing or using Scamanot.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Please read them — especially Section 6 (Disclaimer of Guarantees), which defines what Scamanot is and is not.
Scamanot.com ("Scamanot," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Robert Scott Singleton, is an information and analysis tool that helps people evaluate whether a business, opportunity, website, or offer may be fraudulent. We do this by aggregating and analyzing publicly available data and generating reports to assist your own independent decision-making.
Scamanot is a research aid. It is not a legal service, financial advisor, regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or source of verified fact. Everything it produces is informational in nature and subject to the limitations described in Section 6.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Scamanot. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.
Scamanot offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe, our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are never stored on Scamanot's servers. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

It does NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of its findings. It does NOT guarantee that any investigated entity is safe, legitimate, or free from fraud. It is NOT a substitute for professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You use Scamanot's reports at your own risk and Scamanot is NOT liable for any financial decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your use of the service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scamanot, its operator, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, financial loss, or harm arising from:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Scamanot in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Scamanot uses third-party services to operate, including Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure and security), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI analysis). We are not responsible for the practices or terms of these third-party providers. Your use of Scamanot is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
All content, design, code, and branding on Scamanot.com is owned by or licensed to Robert Scott Singleton. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.
Report outputs generated for your personal use may be shared for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use or republication of report content requires written permission.
Your use of Scamanot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take your privacy seriously — please read it.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Scamanot shall be resolved in the courts of Coconino County, Arizona.
