  • Is NOT a substitute for professional legal, financial, law enforcement, or cybersecurity advice
  • Does NOT have the ability to access private databases, law enforcement records, or real-time fraud registries
Scamanot results should be treated as one data point in your decision-making — not as a final verdict. If you believe you have been the victim of a scam, contact your local law enforcement, the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or your financial institution immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Scamanot, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or target any individual or organization based on our analysis results
  • Submit content containing personal information of others without their consent
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limiting, security measures, or access restrictions
  • Use automated scripts or bots to query our tools at scale without prior written permission
  • Use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our AI analysis system
  • Submit content designed to probe, stress-test, or exploit our infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

Scamanot uses third-party services to operate, including Anthropic (AI processing), Cloudflare (infrastructure and security), and Hostinger (web hosting). We are not responsible for the practices, terms, or reliability of these third-party providers. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scamanot.com, its operator, and any affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
